• HR Field Auditor: The HR Field Auditor at Noon is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures across various field locations like dark stores, warehouses etc. This role involves conducting audits, assessments, and reviews of HR practices to ensure adherence to legal standards and company guidelines. The HR Field Auditor will collaborate with HR teams, field managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations, and support the implementation of corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to travel frequently to different field sites.
