Human Resources Executive

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• HR Policies and procedures formation and implementation.
• Devising Company handbook.
• Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employment, health, and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies procedures, and benefits.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist in recruitment as when required.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and provide suggestions to them about the company's HR strategy.
