Ecolab is seeking to hire an HR Generalist to provide strategic human resource generalist consultation to associates and managers. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs. This encompasses various functions such as compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety, and personnel research.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for West & Central Africa day-to-day administration of policies, processes, and programs covering several or all the following: recruiting, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, coaching, employee performance, legal and labor relations.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including contracts, promotion or pay changes, disciplinary, and exits.
- Coach and develop managers around employee relations, performance management, goal setting, and other key areas. Ensure all related processes defined by global HR are effectively executed within the timeline.
- Assist associates with inquiries, concerns & needs. Act as an impartial advocate for fair/equitable treatment.
- Create and recommend opportunities to enhance the culture and associate engagement.
- Serve as a resource to both managers and associates by providing policy, systems, and procedure interpretation.
- Support the review & development of HR policies and processes as necessary for the business.
- Source candidates through multiple channels and conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates and partner with managers throughout the staffing process.
- Support effective onboarding of new hires and effective integration into the business as led by the Line Manager.
- Provide HR-related data and reporting to leaders to promote data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other related area
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday with technical aptitude
