Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Hurghada. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various tasks related to HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. The role will also involve supporting the HR team in other aspects of human resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field
• Hurghada Resident is a Must
• Arabic and English is a Must
