Updates and Creates HR policies.
Writing job descriptions
Handles the performance appraisal process
Handle Medical insurance matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
1-3 Years of Experience as an HR Generalist mainly handling Payroll, Personnel, and Employee Relations.
BA degree from a reputable University.
Excellent Microsoft office user.
Excellent command of the English language ( Written and Spoken).
Excellent numerical abilities, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, and communication skills.
HR Certificate is a Plus.
Sheraton, Heliopolis, Nasr City, and nearby areas resident.
