One of the leading companies in the Alcoholic Industry is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our employees and management with HR-related queries and processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing and onboarding
Support employee relations and provide guidance to management on HR issues
Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records
Coordinate performance management processes and talent development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee engagement
Partner with different teams to foster a positive workplace culture
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in human resources
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage
