EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy and Business Hub Corporate, was established in 2010, and specialized in 3 scopes of business (Consultancy, Training & Recruitment). We are looking for Human Resources Generalist for one of our clients in Real Estate Development field and located in New Cairo.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Generalist in New Cairo. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for creating and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, dealing with the Labor Office & General Authority for Insurance, gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, ensuring that all HR-related functions are compliant with laws, regulations, and company standards. Additionally, will be gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, ensuring that all HR-related functions are compliant with laws, regulations, and company standards. Additionally, will be responsible for the Recruitment Process.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field

2. Proven work experience in all HR Functions from 3 to 5 years

3. Previous work experience at Real Estate Companies is a must

4. HR Diploma / Certificate holder is a must

5. Strong organization, communication and time management skills

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office

7. Excellent English Level
