Job Summary :-
In this role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, providing valuable administrative and operational support to our team. You will play a key part in ensuring our employees have a positive experience at every stage of their journey with us, from recruitment to retirement.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Responsible for the recruitment process by Job adds ,screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
o Onboard new hires by completing paperwork, processing payroll information, and providing them with company resources and information.
Employee Relations and Benefits:
o Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
o Process employee leave requests and maintain accurate records.
o Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
Data Management and Recordkeeping:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
o Prepare and submit reports as needed.
o Manage HR databases and systems.
Administrative Support:
o Schedule meetings and appointments for the HR team.
o Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
o Prepare presentations and other documents.
o Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Profile:
Job Requirements
o Minimum of 3 year of experience in an HR support role.
o Strong Ms Office and Analytical skills.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred skills and qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
o HR Certificate or Diploma is a must.
