Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Generalist at SELLSZA. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration. You will play a key role in supporting our employees and contributing to our organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies knowledge
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
