Human Resources Generalist

TDS Company is Hiring: (HR Generalist)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts and hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
• Conduct new employee orientations and handle onboarding processes.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve work-related issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage employee records, including personal information, job history, and compensation details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 0-1 year of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Giza residents preferred
