Job Responsibilities:
Automate basic HR operations according to the company's HR strategy, by developing
a methodology to simplify processes and data handling to avoid the risk of data loss.
Implement and maintain HR management systems, and ensure their alignment with the organization's needs, as well as monitor and manage HR projects.
Plan, design, and implement an effective system that aligns with the work requirements, in coordination with the IT department.
Analyze HR-related data and all provided services, prepare relevant reports, and provide recommendations to the direct manager.
Participate in setting standards for data protection laws and regulations, and ensure compliance by the General IT Department.
Ensure HR's compliance with internal audit, governance, and government regulations.
Provide technical support to HR employees and solve technical and technological issues related to the systems, in coordination with the IT team.
Collect and analyze HR data and provide detailed reports to management to improve HR policies and procedures.
Guide and train employees on new and developed procedures in HR-related systems.
Design, follow up, and update the main HR information dashboard.
Follow up on HR systems and policy updates and reflect them in the Mahir system.
Receive inquiries and suggestions from department staff regarding procedure and policy automation, study them, evaluate their feasibility, and respond to them.
Work on HR policies, procedures, and forms, and continuously update and develop them after obtaining official approvals from the department manager.
