Lead recruitment & manage employee retention.

Drive performance improvement & development.

Design training & development schemes.

Manage compensation & benefits programs.

Foster high-performance culture & manage performance processes.

Lead culture change initiatives & employee engagement.

Oversee HR services & ensure compliance with local labor laws.
