Responsible for ensuring that all HR and admin tasks are completed on time and in line with company policy. Act as the point of escalation for any HR/Admin-related issues and ensure smooth coordination among team members to achieve set goals.
Conduct weekly meetings with the DC, HR, and Admin teams for smooth operations.
Target a reduction in idle manpower time to NIL.
Ensure employee well-being at the workplace, accommodation, and warehouse.
Employee Relations and Grievances: Manage employee relations and handle grievances to ensure a positive work environment.
Compliance with Local Labor Laws: Ensure the company remains compliant with all local labour laws and regulations, maintaining legal alignment.
Policy Updates: Oversee the updating and implementation of HR policies as required.
Periodic Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic HR reports, including but not limited to headcount, staff turnover, leave balances, and visa status updates, to management.

Recruitment:
Responsible for all recruitment activities, white collar / blue collar both.
Medical and general Insurance
Secondment Staff Management:
Full cycle management of secondment staff, including:
Joining formalities, monthly salary, timesheets, and other requirements.
Exit formalities.
Employee Visa Renewal:
Ensure timely renewal of visas for all existing employees.
Employee Exit Process:
Manage the exit process for all employees, from resignation to clearance form and EOSB disbursement, ensuring compliance with MOHRE laws and company policies.
Project Manpower Forecast:
Work closely with the project team to understand manpower forecasts and provide HR updates with appropriate mobilization dates. This will ensure accurate forecasting of excess/shortage of staff, allowing for timely decisions on hiring or manpower reduction.
Manpower Allocation:
Allocate manpower to projects based on project needs.
Onboarding : Timely completion of onboarding of employees.
Security Pass & Training Renewal: Ensure timely renewal of security passes, training, medicals, and OPTIMA for all project staff before expiry.
Leave Management: Oversee leave management, including processing leave applications and ensuring staff return from leave. Maintain a proper leave database control sheet and share it monthly with the project managers.
Payroll Management:
Handle monthly payroll processing, including but not limited to Salary advances, Issuing salary-related letters, End of service benefits (EOSB) calculation, leave balance date (annual leave and comp-off) etc.
Timesheet Management:
Ensure timely and accurate timesheet management for all staff.
Accommodation Management:
Manage staff accommodation, including allocation and forecasting future.
