This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. This on-site role will involve collaborating with department heads to ensure effective HR strategies and policies.

• Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Experience in the manufacturing or home decor industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
