We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai's laws and industry-specific regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Oversee performance evaluation and training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager, preferably in the real estate or financial services industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English.
