On-Hire is seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager for one of a leading company in Agriculture in Egypt. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success and well-being of our employees.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Administer performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR
Requirements
Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
HR certification is a plus
Preferably with previous background in Agriculture Manufacturing
