Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at Partment. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. The role is located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in People Operations or a similar HR role
• Experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development
• Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Proficient in HR software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
