This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Qsalaryapp in Jeddah. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. The HR Manager will also handle compliance with labor laws and regulations and ensure the smooth running of the HR department.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant role
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and Saudi labor laws
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
