Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Office Manager at Sky Links Capital Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Office Manager will be responsible for managing HR activities, benefits administration, implementing HR policies, and overseeing training and development programs.

Human Resources:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and company policies.
Office Management:- Administrative Support: Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the office budget.
- Monitor expenses and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR manager, office manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office management procedures.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
