We currently have an amazing opportunity for Human Resources Officer in our People & Culture Team. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze monthly joiners and leavers data, optimize existing processes, ensure SLA compliance, and implement digital transformations such as MS365 HR Module and Document Management Systems.
• Develop standardized procedures, ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding experiences, provide customer-focused consultancy, and address complaints diplomatically.
• Conduct regular huddles, provide training, mentor team members, and maintain high engagement during transformation periods to enhance service delivery.
• Design feedback mechanisms like online surveys to identify improvement areas and implement changes for better customer satisfaction.
• Drive digital transformation efforts, align processes with business needs, and ensure resources and infrastructure support efficient onboarding and offboarding operations.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities; problem-solving and complaint management expertise.
• High understanding of system concepts from functional and technical perspectives.
