IVEC specializes in residential, commercial, administrative, and service construction, maintenance, and development.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and job description development. The role requires working in New Cairo.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR)
• Knowledge of employee relations and job description development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
