Nuummite Consulting is a Digital Transformation Consulting and Implementation firm based in the UAE with offices in Saudi Arabia and Jordan and Egypt. We specialize in business process automation and digital transformation services in the MENA region. Our team collaborates with leading RPA software providers to drive digital innovation and efficiency for our clients across various industries.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

-Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.

  • Employee Relations:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

-Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.

  • Performance Management:

-Support performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion of evaluations.

-Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

-Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

  • HR Policies and Procedures:

-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

-Provide guidance on policy interpretation and ensure consistent application across the organization.

  • Training and Development:

-Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

-Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.

  • HR Reporting:

-Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.

-Monitor and track HR activities and provide regular updates to management.

  • Manage the HR System.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a technology or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
