Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist. The Human Resources Operations Specialist will be responsible for HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. They will handle day-to-day HR tasks, ensure compliance with HR regulations, and support employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

  • Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details
  • Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws
  • Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations
  • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding effortscreate frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees
  • Notify internal teams of personnel changes
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts
  • Partner with HRBPs to support Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Partner with other HR functions and internal resources to execute corporate wide HR initiatives and client specific programs
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR procedure, policy, benefits programs

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Administration
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data input
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
  • Fluency in Arabic and English Language
  • Flexible with Night and Overnight Shift
