Sarg Tannery is a family-run leather tannery and manufacturer located in 10th of Ramadan. Specializing in footwear, handbags, and leather goods, we are LWG GOLD RATED and use various tanning methods such as vegetable, chrome, and chrome-free tanning. Our focus is on producing high-quality crust and finished leather to meet customer demands and grow the Sarg name in the leather industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources professional at Sarg Tannery. The HR position will involve managing HR policies, implementing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and implementing employee benefits
• Personnel Management expertise
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
