Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and coordinating the hiring process. They will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates
• Experience in conducting background checks and reference checks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
