Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Al Jizah, Egypt for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire HR life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of X years of experience in human resources
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
