Title: HR Specialist
Roles & responsibilities:
- Supporting social insurance & Labor law process.
- Tool support (employee records maintenance in HR tools)
- Payroll support (data provisioning)
- Resolves standard HR cases related to lifecycle activities (onboarding, change job, leave of absence, benefits, offboarding)
- Interacts with inside and outside customers and vendors
- Manages digital and physical records (p-files, regular archiving/shredding)
- Data management (reports, data validation)
- Supports internal & external audit requirements (documents/information/process overview)
- Supports new hires during onboarding (tasks, documents collection, Day 1 instructions, orientation)
- Creates and administers documents like contracts, addendums, letters, etc.
- Benefits administration (enrollments, claims, medical checkups)
- T&A (tool management, queries, admin inputs) and leave management
- Offboarding (documentation, WD transactions and team member support)
- Engages and supports global projects and initiatives, provides local expertise, participates on implementing new processes.
- Immigration support providing required documents for obtaining/renewing work permits
Skills:
- 0-1 year of related experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of labor law and Social Insurance
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Very Good communication skills & customer focus
- Attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility/Agility to support multiple HR processes
