HR Specialist Role

As the newest member of our HR team, you will be focusing on talent acquisition as well as other crucial HR tasks. You will be sourcing and hiring top talent, managing employee relations, and contributing to the development of our up-and-coming L&D program. You'll also contribute to developing our company culture and participate in strategic HR initiatives. You will also be an integral part in the continuously fostering our company culture by working on strategic HR projects and initiatives.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening and interviews.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct on-campus recruitment drives to attract fresh graduates.
• Build relationships with universities and participate in job fairs.

Onboarding and Orientation:

• Lead comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires, emphasizing key internal policies and procedures, introducing the tools at their disposal, and providing insights into the overarching company culture.

HR Administration:

Maintain and draft documentation as well as employee records

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Plan and organize team events and outings to foster team building.
• Assist in resolving workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.
• Manage and track employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Implement strategies to improve employee engagement

Performance Management:

• Support the performance review process.
• Assist in the development of existing training and development programs.
