Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of HR in day-to-day operations while lining up candidates for interviews and handling their follow-ups to assure the recruitment of the right applicant
- Visa processing documentation (obtaining new visa or visa renewal), cancellations, labor issues and follow-ups for visa stampings while managing insurance addition, deletion and card issuance
- Taking charge of checking attendance records and forwarding for salary processing
- Evaluate employee performance, promote a sufficient and confident workforce, while acknowledging employees for outstanding teamwork and overall performance.
- Outsource employees manpower deployment plans, gate passes, documentation, and grievances while
- Taking charge of all staff accommodation-related work and complaints
- Prepare offer letters, warning letters, disciplinary letters, NOC letters, salary certificates and experience certificates while conducting employee training on company policies
- Assist Head of HR in the preparation of HR related policies and procedures
- Keep track records of OHC for all staff members, while taking charge of HR and Admin activities between different branches within QEMTEX and maintaining HR Petty cash and cost tracker
- Enroll details of usage of bus transportation for staff, along with complete driver scheduling alignment and keeping trips data while taking charge of hotel and ticket bookings
- Making sure the required documents are in place and proper before submission. attention to details, flexible, work efficiently and effectively for timely results
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources field
- Should have experience in Chemical Manufacturing
- Experience and good knowledge of UAQFTZ employment regulations
- Fluent English, Arabic is an advantage
