Job Description

We specialize in developing apps, platforms and metaverse projects. As we expand our reach, we are looking for an HR Specialist who will play a key role in growing our team of exceptional talents.

Job responsibilities :

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.

- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.

- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

2. Employee Relations:

- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

- Promote a positive workplace culture and morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys.

3. Policy Development and Compliance:

- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations and update policies accordingly.

4. **Performance Management:**

- Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and career development.

5. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Foster a learning culture and support employee development initiatives.

6. Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with inquiries.

7. HR Information Systems:

- Oversee the maintenance and integrity of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) databases.

- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making.

8. **Conflict Resolution:**

- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Experience in setting up KPI & OKR system.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

-Exprience in Internet Industry.
