Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a human resources specialist at WAYS advertising in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is a plus
• Fluent spoken & written English is a must

JOB DEFINITION

• To follow the organization's human resources needs and to carry out the recruitment processes.
• To follow up on the personal rights of the employees working following the regulation and give guidance in regards
• Implementing and monitoring all disciplinary processes within the framework of company policies, procedures, and labor law
• To monitor and report the process performances for which he/she is responsible
• To make suggestions to improve Human Resources processes and to take part in projects

Job benefits:

• Package Details: Basic Salary (BOE) + Other benefits.
• 9 AM to 5 PM / Sunday to Thursday
• Work Location: Ma'adi, Cairo
