Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- support leadership for the implementation of the Transformation Program, managing and directing activities to achieve the overall objectives.
- Drive the Transformation agenda and value capture initiatives within HR Transformation department to consistently deliver efficiency and set a platform for increased commerciality.
- operating ethically and with a clear focus on delivering outcomes.
- Pilot conceptual design of HR transformational strategy as well as HR target operating models with a focal point on implementations and following up on progress to guarantee plan success.
- Manage the stakeholders relation and communication extensively.
- Perform the data collection, business analysis, identification and advanced documentation of business requirements and process maps.
- Facilitate the data flow between HR function and IT teams to ensure common needs understanding that aligns with the transformational strategy.
- Explore global trends that undergoes with HR transformation orientations as well as aligning HR with best practices.
- Support and implementing changes in the overall HR operations in the context of the organization, technology, processes, and personnel.
- Advise management on how HR can help perform Digital Transformation including redesigning work, I.e: Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
- Contribute to the benchmarking of solutions with other organizations/ industries to ensure the implementation of industry best practices.
- Act as a Main change agent for internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the process of HR processes definition, modeling, and re-engineering efforts (jointly with all respective functions) and ensure its compatibility with Arab Bank orientation.
- Provide solutions to solve problems at hand and to achieve desired outcome and align with Arab Bank strategies and management directions.
- Supervise and ensure HR policies and regulations correctness and updated throughout the Arab Bank PLC countries.
- Develop end-to-end understanding and perspective to HR current processes and oversees potential enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure optimal process design in terms of cost, time, workflow smoothness, and do-ability.
- Manage the planning and implementation of various HR Business projects with a focus on Digital HR Transformations Delivery of assigned deliverables according to plan (on time, in scope and with high quality).
- Support the Head of HR to drive and deliver a significant People transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the allocation of resources to ensure resourcing reflects demand and need.
- Secure the investment to implement the Program and maximize the return on investment for the organization.
- Develop Delivery Plan to align with the overall strategy and plan of the organization.
- Develop high quality project deliverables that will help improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery to the customer and implement process changes with proper controls
- Work with internal staff, other analysts, external contractor support, and management to implement initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from a recognized university.
- Certifications in the following topics are plus: Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), PMP, Business Analysis, Change Management, Processes Re-engineering, Agile or any other related certificate is plus.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in business transformational position, strategic planning, processes improvement and re-engineering, project management, strategic human resources, or any other related experience with successful track record in driving Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement.
