Position Title: HVAC/ MEP Technician

Responsibilities:

• Installation:

Install HVAC systems and components.

• Perform wiring and electrical connections.

Ensure proper equipment placement.

• Maintenance:

Conduct routine system maintenance.

• Replace or clean filters, ducts, and vents.

Inspect and test system performance.

• Repair:

Diagnose and repair HVAC issues.

• Replace defective components.

Use tools for troubleshooting.

• Customer Service:

Communicate with clients to understand needs.

• Provide cost estimates.

Educate on maintenance practices.

• Compliance:

Follow safety protocols and regulations.

• Maintain knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.

Documentation:

• Keep records of service calls and activities.

Complete and submit work orders and logs.

Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

• Participate in training and certifications

Company Visa, Transport & Accommodation will be provided by the company

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship

ITI preferred.

• Ideal Candidates will be:

Nationality: Asian

Driving License is an added advantage but not mandatory
