Job Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings, including heating units, air conditioning systems, and ventilation equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operation and prolong the lifespan of HVAC systems.- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Respond promptly to service calls and resolve customer issues related to HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide recommendations to customers on system upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and equipment replacements.- Document all service and maintenance activities accurately and timely using company-provided systems.
