- Coordinate with Information Security team to approve, review and maintain the logical access management standards to comply with least-privileges and need-to-know security concepts across all systems and applications based on the approved role-based access matrix of ALEXBANK.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions as he is responsible for creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts within the organization's identity management system.
- Administrate and troubleshoot the identity and access management system and resolve all related issues
- Follow up created tasks and scheduled Jobs
- Actively participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives, such as implementing new security measures, integrating systems, or enhancing access control processes.
- Maintain IAM program documentation up-to-date and Review access control reports.
- Train new users / employees on the IAM system.
Required Qualifications for the Job:
- A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and IAM field
- Experience with banking industry systems is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Full awareness of international IT standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST,etc. as well as domestic standards / frameworks of Central Bank of Egypt is add-on.
- Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other teams.
