Help AG is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join as an IAM Consultant, specializing in SailPoint within our Managed Security Services (MSS) Unit, to be deployed at a customer site in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and deep knowledge in Identity Governance Life Cycle, this position might be the right one for you.
Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to manage the ongoing implementation project, develop new capabilities and integrate applications within the SailPoint identity governance & lifecycle platform, manage day to day operations, resolve support tickets within SLAs and participate in wider security architecture related decision-making processes. Strong in-depth knowledge of SQL is required. Experience designing workflows within SailPoint IIQ and Security IQ is highly desirable.

- Gathering requirements, developing build map rules, LCM events, and workflows.
- Install, customize, configure and support identify provisioning and governance tools.
- Performing installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ, SecurityIQ.
- Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ, SIQ.
- Aggregating and Provisioning users using various connectors.
- Lead and participate in projects that include project resources to achieve project objectives.
- Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
- Implement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes.
- In-depth SQL experience with knowledge to design, implement & support complex queries.
- Application & database security models (accounts, groups, roles, entitlements).
- Application integration to identity platform
- Work with application owners to articulate integration requirements
- Educate application owners on basic security concepts
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Process & procedure documentation, develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
- Audit and System Reports (Creation & Running).
- Monitors delivery against SLAs and addresses exceptions to management.
- Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
- Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution & reduce future incidents.
- Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of IAM experience with 3-4 years working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts and features.
- Strong IAM domain knowledge.
- Development background (i.e., JAVA, Front end tech: Angular.js is ideal).
- Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts.
- Proficiency in development languages including C#, HTML, ASP.NET, WCF and Web services (SOAP & REST).
- Experience with IdentityIQ administration and implementation.
- Experience with the software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with client-server, distributed and service oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with database design and structured query language (SQL).
- Experience in SharePoint, Windows workflow is a plus.
- Leadership skills, professional documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business).
