IBM FileNet System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy IBM FileNet infrastructure to support document management and content lifecycle processes.

Configure and customize FileNet components to meet business requirements.

Implement security policies and access controls within the FileNet system.

Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for scalability and reliability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet-related issues.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate FileNet with other enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including installation procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting steps.

Stay up-to-date on FileNet product updates, patches, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in IBM FileNet system administration and engineering.

Proficiency in IBM FileNet P8 platform, including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine.

Experience with FileNet deployment in enterprise-scale environments.

Strong understanding of document management concepts and content lifecycle processes.

Knowledge of programming language is plus.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

Experience with database management systems, SQL Server.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
