This position requires exceptional technical skills in detailed drawing, including the use of color and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will handle multiple projects simultaneously and will be expected to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed, high-quality architectural drawings and plans with a focus on interior detailing, ensuring all aspects of design and layout are accurate and feasible.
- Collaborate with project teams to interpret specifications and technical requirements, translating them into detailed technical drawings.
- Utilize advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3ds Max to create visual representations of architectural designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines.
- Prepare color drawings and detailed plans as required for project execution and approvals.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights as needed to ensure design feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
- Continuously update and maintain drawing files and project documentation for ongoing accessibility and reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an ID Detail Draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing detailed interior design drawings.
- Proven experience with Facade design.
- Expertise with AI tools.
- Expertise in software applications such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and 3ds Max.
- Ability to produce and interpret detailed architectural drawings and plans.
- Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
