Your future role
You will lead all the Operational safety for IMI and be responsible for the following:
- Lead, direct and oversee multi-site OH&S operation safety for fabrication & construction EPIC / Ship/Rig MRO floating and dry dock operations.
- Specialize in the development training for OH&S employees to NEBOSH / OH&SE / IRCA international standards.
- Possess working knowledge and certified for incident investigation techniques such as the PHA, Bow-Tie, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) etc.
- Practice knowledge on documents management system, quality assurance and HSE parameters such as TRIFR and LTIF.
- Practice and lead the processes of identified OH&S multiple sites risks and opportunities, assessed and that appropriate risk management plans PTD / TRA / HAZID / HAZOPS are implemented.
Your responsibilities
- Accountable to GM of HSEQ to provide safety support through the implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMS) with ISO protocols, procedures and supporting documentation from all JV partners for all businesses within IMI-MRO in compliance with critical ISO standards.
- Accountable to GM HSEQ for the planning and management of the assurance occupational, health & safety functions for IMI. Work directly with IMI Management and site Management teams to ensure the company works to a world class safety culture focused on continuous improvement through the use and implementation of a OH&S management system Accountable to GM of HSEQ for all matters relating to operational control for occupational health & safety, by utilizing HSE metrics, schedules, resources, budget, corporate risk management, performance target setting, evaluation and reporting of the welfare of employees and those affected by the companys operations.
- Natural ability to collaborate well with others including HSEQ team and across organization
- Accountable as Lead Auditor on and off site for IMS Operational Safety Management System audits. Verify internal compliance with corporate and vertical standards through systematic inspections and corrective feedback
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
- 15+ years of related work experience accepted (Mandatory), in ship repair & building yards. Other combinations of education and experience within Maritime Oil and Gas industries may be considered
- NEBOSH Diploma & NEBOSH General Certificate.
- ISO 9001:2015, Lead auditor (Mandatory) IRCA Registered Auditor.
- ISO 45001:2018, Lead Auditor. (Mandatory) IRCA Registered Auditor.
- ISO 55001:2014, Lead Auditor. (Advantageous) IRCA Registered Auditor.
- Integrated Management System Training (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015) (Strongly Desirable)
