Specialist, Strategic Planning I, II
As a Specialist in Strategic Planning, the job involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential growth opportunities, and crafting effective strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as conducting research and data analysis to inform decision-making. The Specialist should have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Accountabilities:
The
Specialist, Strategic Planning I, II, will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Aligning individual work and outputs with the strategic direction of operations.
- Collecting, consolidating, and preparing internal and external weekly highlights consistently.
- Providing effective solutions that contribute to business growth and improved competitiveness.
- Developing a strategy map that succinctly illustrates the organization's strategy for quick communication of objectives to all personnel.
- Evaluating growth and investment plans to overcome current and future challenges while achieving expansion goals, including enhancing market share/revenue, obtaining assets, and improving products or services.
- Managing and facilitating strategic planning sessions.
- Monitoring and assisting with the review of internal business intelligence, including quality, timeliness, service orientation, and other critical project characteristics.
- Providing support in strategic planning and execution.
- Supporting business interactions with investors, government entities, and third parties, including providing regular reporting as requested.
- Supporting business plan activities and following up with operational planning.
Who we are looking for:
Experience: 3-9 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering, Project Management, Economics MIS, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
