Job Purpose
Develop and implement business applications, systems, and procedures within recognized fields of Information Technology (IT) endeavors as detailed.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop/update detailed business processes for Asset Management and Finance functions.
- Develop/update functional and system specifications to automate the processes.
- Analyse business processes to determine the system/solution requirements.
- Collaborate and liaise with business users and suppliers for system design, configuration, development, testing, and go-live of applications
- Lead the Development, test and document programs and systems to support corporate business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve systems operational problems to ensure system availability.
- Enhance or develop and maintain and support ERP Project management system modules, software and applications and dashboard development.
- Test and evaluate Information Technology (IT) systems; develop and mentor IT System Analysts; manage & assist in managing Information Technology (IT) projects
- Design, implement, support and monitor Database Management Systems and related software products.
- Collect and analyse system utilization data to monitor trends and forecast future (IT) requirement.
Education
Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Technology (MIS) or a Professional Qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA, CPA).
Experience
Minimum of 15+ years in an IT environment with ERP, CAFM, system evaluation, analysis, design, development, implementation, and support, with at least 5 years in managerial or similar capacity.
