Job Purpose
The position holder plays a critical role in delivering high-level technical support and expertise to the maintenance teams. This position requires a deep understanding of the company's maintenance services, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex technical issues. The Position holder will also mentor the maintenance team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide expert-level technical support for complex issues related to the company's products and services.
- Develop and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences of similar issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and solutions.
- Prepare technical reports and summaries for the maintenance team to use.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in handling complex technical issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the technical support workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the technical support function.
- Lead or participate in technical projects as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client and organizational expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years related experience.
Excellent command of English (writing and speech).

- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
- Excellent Computer Skills (all MS suites) Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Integrity and confidentiality.
