We are looking to hire
3 Integrated Management System Specialist I , who will be responsible for but not limited to:
Support the IMS department by coordinating in the development of Integrated Management System documentation, training documents, and reviewing all deliverables before they are sent for approval.
Key Accountabilities
- Support IMS Manager to develop and assist in drafting, compilation, and formatting of high quality IMS documents such as Policies, Plans, Procedures, Forms, Organization Charts and other IMS documents and training presentation related to IMS. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Participate in the safety and quality initiatives of IMS department in order to support the HSEQ Corporate Objectives.
- Assist IMS Manager with administrative support functions like providing various weekly/monthly reports, administration, and related documentation as and when required.
- Provide support in the IMS audit process.
- Support IMS Manager in the management and maintenance of Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Assist in the preparation of various reports/analysis required towards Integrated Management System Reviews.
- Assist in Developing charts, reports or other types of correspondence and communication materials, as needed.
- Update and Maintain IMS team, Document Control, Project & Operation Registers.
- Maintain key relationships with IMS team, Document Control, Project & Operation Team.
- Collect and update performance data for monthly dashboard.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree
- Auditor certification in IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001)
- Certification in Document Management & Retention Certification in other management system standards will be advantage.
- Communicate (written & oral) in the English language with confidence.
- Excellent listening skills & assertive.
- Good knowledge of Integrated Management System requirements in maritime operations.
- Basic Technical knowledge of the Oil & Gas & marine industry
- Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations, process mapping and analytical tools
- Proficiency in MS office including Visio.
- Good auditing skill/background, and use of root cause verification tools.
- Minimum 6-8/+ years experience in IMS assurance with oil and gas industry or EPC companies.
