Advising clients on the best immigration pathway based on their individual circumstances- Helping clients to gather the necessary documentation for their immigration application
Preparing and submitting immigration applications on behalf of clients
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations
Communicating with clients about the status of their applications- Assisting clients in preparing for interviews with immigration officials
Representing clients in immigration hearings, if necessary
- Providing advice on settling into a new country, such as finding accommodation, jobs, or schools
* Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
