Job Description:

An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Consultant your primary responsibilities will include understanding our clients business needs and translating them into a technological framework that enhances business performance and sustainability. As an ERP Consultant (Implementer), you will implement and manage ERP systems, conduct performance testing, and provide user training.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct business analysis to gather and document client requirements.

- Customize and configure ERP system modules to meet client specifications.

- Implement business requirements into technical solutions on the ERP system.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.

- Provide training and technical support to clients during the implementation process.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Monitor system performance metrics and conduct regular audits for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP upgrades and functionalities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- At least +1 Years of experience as an ERP specialist.

- Good knowledge of ERP development tools & Business processes & Accounting & ERP cycle.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
