Responsibilities

Supply Chain and Logistics Coordination:

  • Manages the logistics process of all FG imports across GCC region.
  • Oversee the preparation of invoices, packing lists, and other essential shipping documentation, ensuring all clearance documents are in place for both road and sea shipments.
  • Collaborate with the co-mans, distributors and transporters to plan and execute production and dispatch schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations across GCC.
  • Book and track sea vessels and land transportation for export shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecast meetings, contributing to the planning and forecasting of demand and supply.
  • Lead the settlement of supply and distribution (S&D) invoices with the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.
  • Maintains the communication between the Transportation Companies and the Co-Manufacturer to ensure timely FG Lift and Dispatch and track the LD&T KPIs on regular basis.
  • Resolve any issues related to shipments, working closely with transporters, customs, and regulatory officials.
  • Lead the productivity agenda by partnering with GP to reduce the cost of the freight YOY through negotiations or establishing new companies for freight.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Take ownership of Imported products supply chain dashboards and reports, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed business analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Track and monitor all shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage new projects in collaboration with the Commercial and R&D teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment, with experience of customer facing activities and communication essential.
  • Experience of working with SAP system is critical Analytical, with a proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions.
  • Be capable of working effectively in a cross functional environment, and with multiple organizations and nationalities.
  • Ability to manage multiple, and complex tasks.
  • Results orientated and commitment to achieve objectives.
  • Customer service and documentation experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with experience in using relevant tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and documentation processes.
