Job Summary:
We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our hotel team. You will create design concepts for our hotel spaces, produce 3D renderings, and provide technical support for design software. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to manage design projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts for various hotel areas (guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, etc.).
- Create 3D renderings using software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender.
- Present design ideas to the hotel management team.
- Assist with any software issues related to design tools.
- Ensure all design software is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Work closely with other departments to implement design concepts.
- Attend meetings to discuss design ideas and gather input.
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Ensure designs meet safety and building standards.
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 3+ years in interior design with experience in 3D rendering.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Hotel Experience is preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues.
