CardoO is looking to hire in-store after-sales specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding after-sales support to customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have with purchased products.
- Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of after-sales transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and inventory management, to facilitate the after-sales process.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or after-sales role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
