The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Handling inbound calls, emails and chat in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate inquiry processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospitality or Customer Care Services in a Call Center.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in German (mother tongue level) and English (proficiency level).
- You have working knowledge of multitasking and phone etiquette
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
