Job Title: Air Ticketing Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Air Ticketing Agent to independently manage our air ticketing agency located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the travel industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle all aspects of air ticketing operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the air ticketing agency independently.
- Provide professional and efficient customer service to clients.
- Book and issue airline tickets using various Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.
- Handle all ticketing and reservation inquiries and issues.
- Monitor flight schedules, fare changes, and other relevant travel updates.
- Maintain and update customer profiles and ensure accuracy in all bookings.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with airlines and other travel service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports on sales, bookings, and other relevant metrics.
- Implement and follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Promote and sell additional travel services and packages to increase revenue.
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Air Ticketing Agent or similar role in the travel industry in UAE.
- Proficiency in using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the agency's operations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Must be currently residing in Dubai, UAE, or willing to relocate.
- Valid UAE driving license is a Must.
